As we make the final push towards the end of the year, let’s go through the November review, and talk about the real estate market, for the Orcutt and Santa Maria area.
✅ In Orcutt in November, we had a 28% ⬆️ increase in sales price year over year compared to last year. The average sales price we’re sitting at 683,000, and last year it was 532,000. Days on the market dropped ⬇️ 30%. Last year, it took 27 days to get into contract, and this year we’re looking at only 19 days to get into contract.
📆 Currently, we have 32 properties on the market in Orcutt.
✅ For Santa Maria in November, we had a 24% 🔺 increase in price year over year compared to last year. So last year, the average sales price was 458,000, and this year we’re looking at an average of $570,000 to purchase a home in Santa Maria, California. Days on the market dropped a whopping 🔻 43%. Last year it took us 21 days to go pending, and this year we’re looking at only 12 days on the market before a house actually goes under contract.
📆 Currently, we’re sitting at 21 active properties available in the Santa Maria area.
